Academy Introduction

[Okhai Memon Academy located Memon Society, Old City Area, Karachi]

Before creation of Pakistan, with the help of Sir Haji Abdullah Haroon, a girls school was originated in Memon Society Jamat Khana whose control was under OMMA (Okhai Memon Maddarsa Association). In 1972 all schools were under government later they were release in 1984. After that OMMA gave its control to Jamat Khana. In 1976 in Memon Society, Hussain Ebrahim Community Center was constructed. On 30 June 1990 more 5 classes were added. In 1998 according to needs of people it was given the status of intermediate college which is now known as Abdul Sattar Gatta High School.
